Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full charges apply for no-shows and unsafe environment for our staff.  Our staff have the right to leave or cancel the appointment if they feel that their safety is at stake. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled booking to receive a 50% refund and the amount must be greater than $100.

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
